The New Covenant is one of Grace, not condemnation. We believe that Jesus extends grace to everyone to respond to, and that we should follow in His steps. While we believe we each are called to lives of discipleship, we are accutely aware of our own shortcomings and that our need for grace is just as valid today as it was the day we were saved.
We believe that the study and preaching of God's Word, prayer, and praise are direct lines to God and are all forms of Worship. The Bible is the inerrant Word of God to us. As such, it is God-breathed an inhabited in power by the Holy Spirit to bring faith and to change lives. We should heed the doctrines of the bible, speak to God, sing to God and learn all about Him every chance we get. Worship is our chance to praise God and glorify Him in our lives and we take great joy in doing so.
It's important to Jesus - after all - His gauge of our salvation will be "did I know you?" As we are called to know Jesus intimately, so we are called to know those who make up the church as well. And so it's important to us to join in fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ. It's one main reason we have a full fellowship lunch every Sunday after service! Fellowship with our brothers and sisters in Christ strengthens our bond with each and our Lord.
Jesus called us to go out and spread the word of God. We believe that this is not done enough. We make it a priority to go outside of the church walls to reach the lost and broken and to share the gospel with whoever we can. We hope that you will join us in doing so. To that effect, we have numerous ministries with that focus. Your invited to learn about them and find one or more that interests you and get connected! Not everyone is an evangelist - but we all can and should seek the Lord's will and when He calls us to share, obey!
